Every day we have a minimum of 60,000 thoughts and majority of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had yesterday. IF we want different results in life, we must first change our thinking. How many of those everyday thoughts are you actually aware of? Most of the time they are so ingrained in our mind that we don't even realise that we are thinking and them and that they are driving our emotions and our actions, which then in turn create our results.
